At school for a bluer sea. The COMMON project contest lands in Lebanon

The contest with schools dedicated to sustainability and to fight against marine litter, lands in Lebanon.

The team of Tyre Nature Coast Reserve (TCNR), a COMMON project partner, have officially launched the “We Are All Med Schools Vs Marine Litter” competition,  born to sensitize schools on issues related to marine litter in the Mediterranean. On 18 October 2021 in Beit Al Mamlouk in Tyre, the TCNR orgaised the contest for schools’ ceremony, where students at secondary schools presented their environmental projects created from plastic, cardboard, and waste to tackle plastic wastes and use them in a sustainable way.

Projects were assessed and impressed the jury.
